1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and phivip ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phivip platform, including the website at phivip.cam, all associated mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the phivip Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account. 2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on phivip, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling laws and PAGCOR regulations. phivip maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of phivip or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from phivip or any other gambling platform operated under a related license.
• You must register using your true and accurate personal information. The use of false identities, aliases, or another person's details is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during your membership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Account Creation

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on phivip. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly forbidden and may constitute a fraudulent act. Should multiple accounts be detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited without notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. phivip will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details. 3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements, phivip conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

phivip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and USDT (cryptocurrency). All transactions are processed securely and subject to minimum and maximum limits as posted on the Platform.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. phivip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform, subject to completion of identity verification. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Chargebacks: Any attempt to reverse a deposit transaction (chargeback) without prior authorization from phivip constitutes a breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to recover such amounts through legal means and to report the incident to relevant financial authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phivip offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback programs, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must meet the stated wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods are specified individually for each promotion and communicated at the point of offer.
• phivip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the phivip Platform — including live dealer casino games, sports betting, slots, bingo, and sabong — are governed by individual game rules displayed within the Platform. You acknowledge that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live event results, as applicable.
• phivip does not guarantee any winnings or outcomes, and the house edge inherent in casino games means the Company has a statistical advantage over time.
• Technical malfunctions void all game plays and bets. In the event of a malfunction, phivip's decision as to the appropriate resolution shall be final.
• Bets placed on sporting events — including PBA, NBA, UFC, international football leagues, boxing, and sabong — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phivip Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

1. Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without human oversight.
2. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for personal gain.
3. Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
4. Colluding with other players or employees of phivip to gain an unfair advantage.
5. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
6. Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
7. Engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or negatively affects the experience of other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phivip Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of phivip and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of phivip.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phivip and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any gambling losses incurred. phivip's total cumulative liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
